With 10 years experience in the luxury hotel industry, first as Sales Director of a group including Les Sources de Caudalie (Palace), then as Sales and Marketing Director for the 2Lcollection group ( a selection of properties including 2 Relais & Châteaux and a 5-star establishment on the Paris Left Bank), 2021 was a turning point in my career.
I decided to create Holistic Partners in order to use my extensive experience within the international hospitality sector to offer support to the hotel industry in the key areas of Sales, Promotion, Marketing and Communications.

With a 360° vision of communication and marketing acquired within companies in the private or public sector for 10 years, Iris is passionate about the question of the “been reason” of companies.
Her career and her convictions allow her to reveal the DNA of a brand while infusing a human dynamic to the teams to mobilize them around shared objectives.
Convinced that efficiency comes from the meaning given to action combined with attention to detail and its employees, her ambition is to support the development of brands, the conquest of new talent and loyalty.
